Vincent DeDomenico, a Mission District native and creator of Rice-A Roni, died Thursday at his home in Napa.

DeDomenico worked until his death, his family reported.

The 92 year-old DeDemenico graduated from Mission High and learned the trade at his family operated company Gragnano Macaroni Factory.
