Dorchester street kid turned Hollywood A-lister Mark Wahlberg took a break from filming “The Fighter” in Lowell this weekend and finally tied the knot with long-time lady love Rhea Durham yesterday in Beverly Hills.

The late afternoon wedding Mass at Good Shepherd Catholic Church was an intimate affair with only the couple’s three children – Ella, 5, Michael, 3, and 10-month-old Brendan – and a dozen close friends and family in attendance.

Marky wore a dark suit and silver tie and Rhea, a former model, “looked like a princess” in a white strapless flowing Marchesa gown with silver embroidery and a Neil Lane diamond-and-platinum cushion-cut ring complemented by a diamond bracelet and earrings, a source related.

“Mark looked ecstatic,” said the source.

As the couple read their own vows, the Tinseltown tough guy “choked up,” a source told Star maggie. “He was more nervous than Rhea.”

After the ceremony, Wahlberg told reporters the newly-marrieds, who have been together 8 years, were going to spend their honeymoon “at home.”

For the wedding, the church was decorated with candles and pink and light purple roses, according to People. Little Ella, the flower girl, was dressed in a white princess dress while Brendan wiggled out of his khaki blazer that his father was seen carrying as he exited the back door of the church.

Mark’s brother, Donnie, who has been on a New Kids reunion tour, appeared to have skipped the ceremony. On Friday, Donnie was treated for a herniated disk at Boston’s New England Baptist Hospital, according to his Twitter posts.
